Awesome. I can't wait!
Er...I might need to shove a few ISKies at CONCORD before attending. I'm not popular with them at the moment. Something about improperly shooting Goons in LoSec...
My proposal is not a new one. It has been brought up before. It needs to be brought up again.
Intaki is a full member of the Federation. Our planet, economy, culture and people have become an integral part of the Federation. But our homeworld is cut off from the Federation. With a CONCORD security rating of 0.1, it is difficult, if not impossible to compete economically. Prices are high because most pilots are unwilling or unable to access our system. Our planet has been the focal point of Caldari aggression on more than one occasion. People have suffered and died because even the FDU found it difficult to get through with desperately needed aid.
I propose an increase of the security ratings of Ostingele, Agoze and Vey to a minimum of .5 and Intaki itself to a minimum of .6. This would cut off pirate (I know, I know) access to the area from Verge Vendor and Syndicate and limit the Caldari's ability to travel to us from Black Rise. It would open a direct path to the markets of Stacmon. Tax revenue from increased travel and tourism alone would more than pay for this effort. Alternatively, I would propose an increase of Intaki's security rating to a minimum of .7 and Vey a minimum of .6 and suggest the construction of a jump gate from Vey to Vinnon. Again, this would increase security in the area and the revenues generated by increased trade and business opportunities would pay for this project in very short order. This initiative would also lead to continued stability on Intaki and lead to the eventual demise of violent separatist organizations.
The Federation has long expressed its love for Intaki and her people. Now is the time make good on that claim.

I think our experiences living and working in Intaki are very similar.
I think we both know what the Federation's response to my proposal is going to be. It's going to be exactly the same as every other proposal the Intaki have made regarding the betterment of our homeworld. I'm not a politition. Feel free to rewrite the proposal and make it sound pretty.
But yeah, at the end of the day, I'm pretty sure we're both on the same page as to how this is gonna play itself out.

Today I wold like to discuss the demolition of Nouvelle Rouvenor, performed by culture preservation society known as Templis Dragonaurs almost 200 years ago. Nouvelle Rouvenor was an underwater city established by gallenteans on Caldari Prime. Some people claim that sabotage of this city has caused gallente to bombard the entire Caldari Prime and has started the war. But lets get into the history and analyze events happened before and after the attack, and try to answer the question if destruction of this city was necessary...
I got a new proposal.
The Gallente Navy blocks all access to Caldari Prime starting at the gates leading into the system. Anyone on the planet who is loyal to the State gets a free one-way ticket offworld. Or a blaster to the back of the head.
As long as the State keeps producing people like this ****, and as long as State pilots continue to turn a blind eye, there is no peaceful resolution, right? So **** 'em. We gave it a chance.
Caldari Prime needs a big ****ing dose of democracy.
The MBC was able to kick the Goons out of NullSec, the Federation can kick the State out of the Federation's home system.
There's only one way to end this war.
Victory.

The Ishukone Corporation has proven to be very capable in handling the situation regarding our ancestors homeworld. You really can't compare the politics of fringe capsuleer organizations run by madmen to the very delicate matter in Luminaire, nor can you apply their increasing popular genocidal tactics.
Maybe you should concentrate less on the planet and more on the people? Your little Commander there would not make for a good neighbor. My proposal is totally reactionary to her statements.
I'll withdraw my proposal when the State retires her.
